McKinsey & Company “Next Generation Woman Leaders”.
“Next Generation Women Leaders” is an exclusive three-day workshop. Across the three days, participants will explore the importance of women in leadership, meet McKinsey consultants and take part in group sessions, workshops, discussions, and social events.
Her application was chosen (based on academic excellence, work experience, extracurricular activities and leadership profile) by McKinsey.
Mckinsey & Company selects young female academics (under 38 years old) from worldwide with strong problem-solving skills, entrepreneurship, personal impact and leadership abilities.
